Pride Health is hiring a Radiology Technologist to support our client’s medical facility based in Rutherford, New Jersey. This is a contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients, managing tasks independently and resolving routine issues.
- Perform quality control, calibration, and troubleshooting of imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Verify patient data, orders, and history, address allergies, and document relevant details.
- Educate patients, set up equipment, and adjust parameters to ensure safety and image quality.
- Administer IVs or contrast media, monitor procedures, and respond to safety concerns as needed.
- Review image quality, document findings, and adjust schedules to meet patient and procedural needs
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Licensed and accredited by ARRT
- NJDEP Radiologic Technologist license
- Over 1 year of experience
Additional Information:
- Location: Rutherford, New Jersey
- Job Type: Contract – 18 weeks *possible extension *
- Schedule: Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 04:00 pm
- Pay Range: $ 24.00 to 38.00/hour.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
