OPEN POSITION:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Med Spa / Aesthetics
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- 2 Weekend Shifts per Month
- 40 Hours per Week Maximum

OFFICE HOURS:
- Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturday + Sunday, 9:00am to 1:00pm
COMPENSATION:
- $130,000 to $200,000+ Annual Income, based on experience and productivity
- Hourly Salary + Productivity Pay Model

COMPANY PROFILE:
This clinic is a premier medical spa in the heart of Jacksonville Beach. They are committed to providing cutting-edge, modern treatments and empowering clients through personalized care. The practice has been operating since 2020 and currently has a staff of 1 physician, 1 advanced practice provider, and 2 licensed aestheticians, along with a dedicated support team. They are currently seeking two or more nurse practitioners / physician assistants to join their team due to growth.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new provider must be proficient in Botox, fillers, and hormone treatments. The medical spa offers many other services to patients and is happy to provide training in additional areas as needed.
The new provider will see no more than 10 clients per day, with the support of a clinical assistant.
The medical spa offers a wide variety of options in the areas of facial, body, skin and hair, health and wellness, and spa services, including but not limited to:
- dermal fillers
- laser hair removals
- microneedling
- neurotoxins
- PRP injections
- IPL therapy
- medical weight loss
- chemical peels
- spider vein removal
- and much more
The office uses the AestheticsPro EHR.
The medical spa and its patients have high expectations, and an excellent bedside manner is critical to success in this role. Many patients are pursuing aesthetic procedures due to sensitive and personal circumstances. The new provider must be able to walk them through the procedures in a kind, compassionate, and reassuring manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Florida NP or PA license
- 3+ years experience in medical aesthetics
- proficiency with Botox, fillers, and hormone treatments
