Duties and Responsibilities:Perform sampling of raw materials and in-process and finished productsCalibrate and maintain laboratory instrumentationWash lab utensils and glasswarePrepare and stock reagents and mediaSterilize equipment and mediaMaintain monitoring records of all lab analytical testingReport non-compliant laboratory testing resultsReceive, stock and inventory lab supplies and reagentsPerform chemical, physical and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process and finished productsMaintain laboratory reports in a timely, accurate and legible mannerMaintain the laboratory and associated areas in an orderly and clean mannerFollow all plant and corporate policiesAdhere to all DFA Food Safety and Quality policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformityAdhere to all DFA Safety policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformityAdhere to all DFA GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformityReport plant conditions that may result in non-compliance with standards and specificationsOther duties as assigned by the Lab / QC Supervisor
