Job Description

Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a difference in a child’s life every day? Virtus Health is looking for a BCBA for our Sarasota, FL locations.

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Virtus Health, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Model, Mentor and Inspire – Provide clinical leadership, mentorship and supervision to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians ensuring outstanding quality care.
  • Use Cutting Edge Technology including Central Reach - Create high quality customized individual treatment plans to achieve client short-term goals while maximizing long-term results.
  • Collaborate with Other Clinicians – Be part of a team of Clinicians who share your dedication, desire and common purpose of making a difference in the lives of the children we serve.
  • Grow Your Expertise as a Clinician - Receive on-going training and support including internal and external CEU opportunities. (Annual $1,200 CEU Stipend Provided).

Qualifications:

  • Embodies Virtus Health’s motto of “Making a Difference Everyday”.
  • Hold current BCBA credentials, 2+ years preferred.
  • Outstanding coaching, mentoring and communication skills required.
  • Some physical activity is required in this role when demonstrating or assisting appropriate practices and techniques with team members.
