What impact will you make?
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you are a leader in demonstrating value to our prospective and existing customer base, performing as the expert of Bizzdesign Platforms (HOPEX, Horizzon and Alfabet), and managing the opportunities within the sales cycle. You will primarily be supporting the North America region, but as a global organization, other territories will be supported on an ad hoc basis.
You will be part of an international Pre-Sales team, which is part of the Sales Organization, being primarily located in the US, UK, Germany, France & Netherlands (HQ). You will be reporting to the Local Pre-Sales Team Lead, and you will work hybrid in a multinational team located in the United States. Ideally, you are flexible in adjusting to different time zones. You currently live in the Boston area, United States. (Austin and other locations considered)
Your tasks include:
Demonstrate value:
- Making sure to keep the double-digit growth of Bizzdesign for a global prospective customer base.
- Partnering with the Sales and Account Executives in delivering organizational value assessments.
- Offering value and outcome-based product demonstrations, and proof of concept engagements.
- Responding to RFI/ RFP/ RFQ/ Tenders.
- You will perform as an expert of the Bizzdesign Solution Suite, with a focus on HOPEX.
Customer advocacy:
- Focusing on delivering Customer Value for both new and existing customer base growth.
- Contributing to marketing activities including Blogs, Webinars, and other reusable assets.
- Leading to expansion sales.
What are we looking for?
- Experience : Minimum 3 years as a Pre-Sales Consultant, Enterprise Architecture Consultant, Solutions Specialist, Solution Architect, Technical Sales Consultant, or Sales Engineer in Enterprise Software or consulting services for a global customer base.
- Storytelling & Communication : Strong storytelling skills to communicate business value and outcomes to both business and IT audiences.
- Technical Skills : Expertise in software tools for proof of concepts, customization, and pre-built solutions.
- Knowledge Areas : Familiarity with Enterprise and Spanning Design, Business Architecture, information/process modeling, and solution architecture.
- Commercial Drive : Proven drive to achieve and exceed software revenue growth targets.
- Willingness to Travel : Open to occasional travel within North America to enhance customer engagement. Occasional International travel may be involved for company events.
- Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
- Interpersonal Skills : Confident presenter, strong communicator, relationship builder, and mentor for customer success.
- Personal Qualities : High ownership, customer-focused, honest, and able to navigate ambiguous environments.
- Work Approach : Results-oriented, hands-on, analytical, process- and numbers-oriented, with an agile approach to output.

You will join our existing North America team as part of a global Pre-Sales team and will be expected to travel to client’s sites to deliver Pre-Sales Consultancy across North America and other regions if required.
