What's the Role?

Our Associate VP of Sales are responsible for growing Loan Officer (VP) business. The goal is to convert prospects into active referral partners. Phone and email skills are crucial as you will be responsible for building VP’s database, developing monthly events, following up on those events and scheduling business meetings.

Compensation: $50k annually, plus Bonus

Work location 2 days in office: 3940 Ravenswood, Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:

Keep V.P. organized: answer phone calls, take messages, create calendar invites for meetings/closings/ etc. file and store emails

Create preapproval letters after loan officer qualification

Pipeline Inspection: Daily assessment of turn times to minimize lock expirations, missed contingency and scheduled close times

Prior to submitting to Processor (MC), obtain and enter missing data into Encompass to certify the application, GFE and TIL are complete

Change/extend loans and request pricing expectations as needed or requested

Track/approve HUD’s to borrowers (Review charges, verify borrower understands their funds for closing must come from approved accounts, etc)

Work with our Marketing department to create marketing materials for realtors- HLA sheets, cobranded flyers/postcards, broker opens

Send thank you notes to clients

Qualifications:

3 years of mortgage experience required, mortgage license preferred or must obtain

Self-directed with a strong desire to learn and be a member of an innovative winning team

Excellent disposition, mindset and work ethic

Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong listening, problem solving skills and out of box thinking

Inherent love of and desire to serve clients and create something unique and fantastic

Commitment to integrity and customer service

Exceptional communication skills with desire to help build relationships with Borrowers and Realtors
