Description
The Customer Service/Administrative Assistant interacts with customers
to provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries
about products, service, and scheduling. Serves as the Front Office
Receptionist. In addition to interacting with customers, performs
administrative functions, enters customer purchase orders, prepares packing
slips, maintains customer order files and assists with routine office work.
Workdays/Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
Compensation Non-Exempt $19-$20/hr depending on qualifications

Requirements
- Demonstrates dependability with reliable attendance: minimize absences and is
- punctual.
- Confer with customers by telephone, email or in person to provide information about
- products, services, and scheduling.
- Takes and enters orders, opens, and closes accounts, obtains details of complaints to
- dispatch to the appropriate party for resolution.
- Contacts customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of changes to their orders.
- Performs routine administrative functions such as answering telephone calls, taking,
- and directing messages to the appropriate person, scheduling appointments, organizing
- and maintaining records and preparing written documents, correspondence.
- Uses computers for various applications such as database management or word
- processing.
- Operates office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, and telephone equipment.
Salary Description
Starting Range $19-$20 per hour
