TRAINING SCHEDULE will be 8:00am - 4:00pm CST M-F.
WORK SCHEDULE AFTER TRAINING: Work hours are between 7am - 6pm CST, 8 hour work schedule assigned within that timeframe.
Pay rate: $19/hr

Position: Customer Care Specialist
A Customer Care Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with, placing new orders, providing status of existing orders, answering questions concerning availability of BD products.
Duties will include:
Communicating with customers over the phone or via email.
Providing detailed order information.
Reviewing customer orders and/or account information while resolving issues.
Qualifications:
Basic computer navigation skills required.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook required.
Customer Service experience desired.
Call Center experience desired.
HS Diploma/GED required.
