Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from customers and assisting with questions.
- Responding to email inquiries from customers
- Adjusting plans and billing as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to work M-F 8am to 5pm
