• Specific Charting Exp. Required  - Epic experience preferred

DEPARTMENT REQUIRED CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:Department: Home Health, DL-Valid Drivers License Class C
Department: Home Health, AUTO-Automobile Insurance

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:5 years of recent relevant experience.
