Qualifications for the Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg Tele, ED, OR, ICU and GI: • Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Nursing specialty. • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. • Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to the fast-paced nature of unit.
