Job Description:

To evaluate, plan, implement and educate in conjunction with the client to achieve maximal functional outcomes for reintegration to home, work, community, and leisure activities. Provides quality rehabilitative services to persons including: referral interpretation, evaluation, treatment plans, implementation and modification, discharge planning, thorough documentation and assertive communicative skills with all persons involved in the care and support of the patient/client. Position provides services for persons of all ages. Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury.

Qualifications:

Required:

Active license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Iowa.
