* Implement advanced behavioral support strategies for adults requiring 2:1 staffing
* Lead crisis prevention and intervention in intensive behavioral settings
* Support complex behavioral and mental health needs

*Required Qualifications:*
* Experience working with severe challenging behaviors
* Crisis intervention certification (CPI, MANDT, or equivalent)
* Comfort with physical interventions when necessary
* Strong documentation skills
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record

*Your Experience Should Include:*
* Managing aggressive behaviors
* Implementing behavior support plans
* Crisis de-escalation
* Physical intervention techniques
* Data collection and analysis
