*Thurs7a-5p, Fri 8a-1p, Mon 9a-7p*

*About the Role:*

We are seeking a licensed dentist to join our clinic in *Forest Lake, MN* for a temporary position. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling various dental procedures.

*Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to):*
* Perform basic surgical procedures
* Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
* Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures

*Contract Details:*
* Compensation: $155/hr.
* Travel & Lodging Expenses: Covered if necessary

*Requirements:*
* Updated Curriculum Vitae
* Professional License
* Active DEA license is required
* NPI and DEA number (DEA schedule and expiration date)
