*Licensed Practical Nurses Qualifications:*

· Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nursing License

· Long Term Care Experience (preferred)

*Licensed Practical Nurses Duties*
* Admitting new residents
* Helping physicians during rounds of residents’ rooms
* Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff
* Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff
* Performing ongoing assessments of residents’ physical and mental health
* Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residentsResponsibilities:
* - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician- Monitor and record patient vital signs- Assist with patient assessments and evaluations- Provide wound care and dressing changes- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsExperience:

* - Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state of {location}

* - Previous
* experience in dermal fillers
* , Botox, and basic IV administration is preferred

* - Familiarity with infection control protocols and standards

* - Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) usage and maintenance
