Otterbein Green Hills and Universal Home Health and Hospice Care (a part of Otterbein SeniorLife) specialize in providing a full continuum of in-home services to meet the needs of patients at every phase of their lives. Serving clients in three counties, we are looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team of professionals at our non-profit, faith- based organization with deep community roots.

A Certified Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services to patients admitted to Home Health or Hospice Services. Works under the direction of a Physical Therapist and provides treatments following physicians orders.
* Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant by an accredited facility is required
* Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
* 1 Year home health experience preferred.
