*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. At our facility in Zion Crossroads, we provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to meet the rehabilitation needs of our patients.

*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and home exercises.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in discharge planning and case management to ensure continuity of care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.

*Skills*
* Proficiency in outpatient therapy techniques and practices.
* Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or acute care settings.
* Knowledge of home health care procedures and discharge planning processes.
* Familiarity with case management principles to effectively coordinate patient care.
* Ability to work with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities.
* Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to occupational therapy.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Competence in providing therapy within a clinic or inpatient environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
