Our client is in search for a Treasury Manager or Director who will be responsible for managing the company’s liquidity and financial planning processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cash flow forecasting, debt management, and working capital optimization. This role will require a proactive approach to maintaining financial stability and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 annually

*Responsibilities*

· Develop and maintain a robust cash flow forecasting model with a focus on accuracy and timeliness, ensuring visibility over the company’s liquidity position.

· Prepare weekly, monthly, and long-term cash flow forecasts that incorporate seasonal and operational impacts.

· Work closely with operational and finance teams to understand cash drivers and align forecasts with operational needs and financial obligations.

· Analyze and improve working capital cycles, focusing on receivables, payables, and inventory to enhance cash flow.

· Partner with sales, operations, and procurement to develop and implement working capital initiatives, identifying opportunities to accelerate collections and manage supplier payments effectively.

· Develop strategies for optimizing inventory levels to ensure efficient cash use without impacting production or sales.

· Oversee compliance with debt covenants and support the CFO in managing lender relationships.

· Monitor and manage the company’s debt levels, interest rates, and other financing obligations.

· Provide strategic recommendations for refinancing, restructuring, or other financing opportunities to support cash flow needs and business objectives.

· Assess currency and interest rate exposure, implementing hedging strategies where applicable.

· Establish and maintain internal controls for cash management, ensuring adherence to best practices and audit compliance.

· Ensure effective liquidity risk management processes are in place and identify areas for improvement.

· Prepare and present cash flow, working capital, and liquidity reports to the CFO, private equity sponsors, and other stakeholders.

· Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to provide insights into cash flow resilience under varying conditions.

· Assist in preparing financial models and analyses to support strategic decision-making.

*Qualifications:*

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; an MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.

· Minimum of 5-7 years of treasury, finance, or cash management experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

· Proven experience in cash flow forecasting, debt management, and working capital optimization.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Proficiency in financial software and modeling tools, with advanced Excel skills.

· Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
