Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 years of LPN - Long Term Care experience, BLS (AHA) , required; Covid with Booster, PA/compact License

Requirements:
* Resume (Minimum 1-2 years of experience)
* Skills checklist
* BLS (AHA).
* 2 references (within the last 1 year, at least 1 supervisor reference).
* Driver's license
* Covid Card
* Accepting PA/Compact License
