Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Germantown, TN. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PTA(Compact Accepted)

Preferred Qualifications
Proper State License
Productivity: 90%
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)
COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation - No Declinations Accepted
