Tang & Company is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Representative I to become a key member of our dynamic team in Torrance, CA. In this role, you’ll help manage the timely collection of outstanding balances and ensure accuracy in all payment postings, playing an essential part in supporting our financial operations and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

As an Accounts Receivable Representative I, you’ll work under general supervision to handle a variety of responsibilities related to payment processing and reconciliation within our billing and accounting systems. Your tasks will include:

Reviewing, interpreting, and analyzing payment remittances and insurance explanations of benefits (EOBs) to accurately post payments, adjustments, denials, and other transactions to patient claims or employer accounts.
Applying a keen eye for detail to ensure that each payment, adjustment, and non-covered transaction is posted correctly and promptly.
Contributing to our positive customer relationships by managing accounts with professionalism and accuracy.

Pay Range: $19 - 22 / hr
