We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team!
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and individualized nursing care to our residents. Your primary focus will be to promote their health and well-being, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Shift availability for this role includes 7a-7p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a!
Responsibilities:
1. Nursing Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents based on their individual needs, including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
2. Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
3. Documentation: Accurately and promptly document residents' medical history, assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
4. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for residents.
5. Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to provide updates on residents' conditions, treatment plans, and any changes in care.
6. Supervision: Provide guidance and supervision to nursing assistants and other support staff, ensuring they adhere to established care protocols and maintain resident safety.
7. Compliance: Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations governing nursing care and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
