  • The Dialysis Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Dialysis patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.

  • EQUIPMENT: TABLO DIALYSIS SYSTEM FOR INPATIENT TREATMENT
  • TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFORMATION, REQUIREMENTS, OR ATTACHMENTS WILL BE REJECTED
  • MUST INCLUDE PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS AND SS# ON THE SUBMISSION
  • TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
