About the Role:

The Operations Analyst accomplishes business objectives by identifying and solving problems within the team by improving team efficiency.

Essential Functions

  • Analyze internal communication skills between work groups
  • Train and coach supervisors on effective communications practices
  • Drive systems development and process improvements
  • Participate in efforts to improve capabilities and process improvements
  • Analyze data for anomalies, trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Complete impact analyses for operations improvements
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location
  • Understand and comply with the Companys Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable
  • Other duties as assigned

About You:

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within a training or education role in the construction or other heavy industry
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Training & Development or similar field is preferred, but not required
  • Electrical Certification or License (training/education commonly recognized by the electrical industry)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written. Ability to present in front of large groups
  • Strong analytical and observations skills required
  • Strong ability to manage projects, track processes and identify process improvements
  • Strong understanding of the electrical construction industry
  • Operational knowledge of Abode In-Design/ Creative Cloud
  • Operational knowledge of corporate Learning Management systems
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment

What We Offer:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary $65,200-$81,900 / year
    • Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate. ?????????????????
