Front Desk Agent Location: Marriott Phoenix Airport We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities: - Welcome guests upon arrival and check them in using our reservation system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist guests with luggage and provide directions and recommendations for local attractions and restaurants
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure that guest needs are met
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
