Western Leaders Network seeks a full-time executive director to lead its climate and democracy work with local, tribal and state leaders in eleven states. The ideal candidate will be a current or former elected official with broad experience in nonprofit management and fundraising. Lead the organization in addressing various organizational, policy and program issues, setting priorities, providing financial and staff leadership, board member recruitment and cultivation, and designing and implementing an organizational structure that supports growth. Expand the reach and public recognition of the organization as a leader in advancing climate, conservation and democracy policy objectives in the Interior West and Ohio River Valley regions.
