See: Required Qualifications Associate's or equivalent education/experience in food-related, business, or hotel/restaurant management field plus four years of food service management experience in a high-volume commercial or non-commercial dining service operation required. Knowledge of cost controls, inventory controls and food safety/sanitation programs necessary. Must have ability to supervise large quantity food production. Knowledge of personal computers, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail and internet necessary. Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience relevant food/dietetic/hospitality or business field preferred.
