Job Description
Team DAKS is looking for a customer service representative (CSR) that are genuinely excited to help customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Manage customer calls
• Assist in preparing food order
• Daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow procedures, guidelines and policies

Qualifications

• Experience growing and promoting new leaders.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in multi-unit organizations
• Management experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills including public speaking
