Position Summary : Responsible for the stocking, storing and dispensing of all inventory supplies in the OR and Cath Lab. Responsible for the appearance and conditions of the supply storage areas in the Procedural Care Areas including Sterile Processing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Using Workday program to complete various inventory functions throughout the day. Putting stock away by end of shift and down stocking to fill up empty bins.
• Alert Team Leads and Supervisor of any supply issues.
• Unbox stock from the Receiving Dock and bring it upstairs and put it away.
• Fill daily supply requisitions with appropriate supplies in correct issue quantities.
• Manage supplies on exchange carts with appropriate products and quantities.
• Conduct routine cycle counts on all supply items.
• Monitor expiration dates on all inventory and address necessary disposal and subsequent stocking level adjustments to minimize future expirations.
• Restock all items returned unused from the surgical cases.
• Provides the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality in matters involving patients, coworkers, and the hospital by abiding by the Standards of Conduct. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, able to prioritize assignments.
• Promotes a clean and safe environment of care, utilizing the SAFE error prevention habits

Required Qualifications :
Education and Training :

• High School graduate or Equivalent.
• PC operations with knowledge or Microsoft office.
• Previous Hospital Supply Chain Experience preferred
• Knowledge of Workday computer program a plus.
