Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an Operations Analyst for their Dallas, TX location.
Responsibilities:

• This job is responsible for moderately complex activities supporting the creation, onboarding and maintenance of accounts, according to the established guidelines and procedures.
• Key responsibilities include providing quality service and effective operations support for internal business partners and external clients and assisting in training for less experienced team members. Job expectations include operating with a moderate level of independence and referring to their team lead or manager for direction and support with moderately complex issues and escalations.
• Will be keying multiple entries from different groups into multiple different programs for processing via the different ques that the associate will manage

Requirements

• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Must demonstrate a cooperative and professional work attitude, while displaying the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Quick learner who can develop subject matter expertise
• Data entry skills
