A premier Oil and Gas client in Downtown, Houston is looking for a Division Order Analyst. This person with review and interpret documents and associated title opinions to establish ownership, Set up new Joint Interest Billing (JIB) and revenue decks for processing, Update and maintain accurate ownership records within the Excalibur Land System and Verify existing decks in Excalibur system. Daily they will also be responsible for investigating to determine new addresses for parties whose payments have been returned and ensure they are correct and coordinate with operators regarding interest calculations, requirements for curative for ownership interests.

4+ years of experience with SAP
Experience verifying decks and processing division orders in Excalibur
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience as a division order analyst on the operated side
