Business Litigation Attorney | 5+ years of experienceSalary: $110,000 - $140,000We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. You will be responsible for representing clients in complex business and commercial disputes, demonstrating exceptional knowledge and expertise in business torts. This role is ideal for a driven, results-oriented attorney who is eager to make a significant impact by providing top-notch legal services to our clients.Responsibilities: Manage all phases of commercial litigation cases including discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.Represent clients in complex business and commercial disputes, including but not limited to breach of contract, business torts, and other commercial litigation matters.Conduct thorough and effective legal research and analysis.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various business and commercial matters.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.Active membership in the Florida State Bar.Proven track record in handling business and commercial disputes.Expertise in business torts and other related areas.#J-18808-Ljbffr
