Job Summary: As an Assistant General Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure high standards of food quality, and drive business growth. Your role is crucial in maintaining a positive and productive work environment while achieving the restaurant's performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations.
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
•Supervise, train, and develop restaurant staff, ensuring team members adhere to company policies and standards.
•Monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply orders.
•Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
•Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
•Oversee cash management, including daily cash handling and financial reporting.
•Support the General Manager in managing labor costs and optimizing scheduling.
•Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to drive business growth.
•Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field preferred.
•Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food environment.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•Basic understanding of financial principles and restaurant management software.
•Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
