Job Summary: As an Assistant General Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field preferred.
•Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food environment.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
