We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven leader to join our team as the Group Manager | Geomatics in State College, PA . The Group Manager | Geomatics is a dynamic leader with a servant leadership mindset that is responsible for cultivating a coaching culture and ensuring high standards in project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Coaching: Inspire and coach group members to enhance our employee-owner culture and drive engagement in their professional development
• Project Management: Ensure timely and superior project delivery while collaborating across service groups
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, prioritize workloads, and ensure fiscal responsibility
• Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Service AVPs to address staffing, resource allocation, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in survey is a plus
• 7+ years of a wide spectrum of survey projects to include boundary, topography, ALTA Land Title Surveys, DOT Surveys, engineering design surveys for utilities, roadways and structures
• Project management and project team supervisory experience
• Land Surveyor License in Pennsylvania is plus
• Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent computer knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS Applications and Microsoft Office Suite, and computerized project management systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint is required
• Experience in Microstation a plus
• Flexibility to travel including overnight travel (on average 20-30%), thus a valid driver's license is required
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
