Promotions Account Manager needs 2+ years experience working on account management/ customer liaison and working on projects supporting a regulated industry (e.g., pharma)
Promotions Account Manager requires:
- Experience in Marketing Operations, supporting Marketing Operations or a comparable role
- Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or comparable role
- Certification in Project Management
- Product Launch experience
- Experience with project management techniques and software (e.g. Wrike, Scope Deliver, Jira, Workamajig, Asana, Trello)
- Experience with promotional approval systems (e.g. Veeva Vault Promo Mats, iMarketing)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Able to influence, collaborate and work effectively on a team
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Skilled at analysis, judgment and decision making, with an eye toward quality and continuous improvement.
Promotions Account Manager duties:
- Support claim approval process
- Oversee/manage label-change planning, enables that impacted tactics and claims are identified and updated in a timely manner
