Job Overview The Business Development Manager will develop and maintain client relationships to secure new residential maintenance contracts and drive profitable growth. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing pricing strategies and proposals, and representing the company at client meetings. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for re-engaging former clients and participating in industry organizations to build relationships and recruit talent.
Responsibilities and Duties - Prospect and acquire new residential maintenance clients.
- Manage and report on sales leads.
- Collaborate with marketing on sales strategies.
- Conduct client presentations and handoffs.
- Gather client information and communicate with internal teams.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Follow sales processes and maintain accurate records.
- Advise clients on additional services and enhancements.
- Assist in scheduling and work order management.
- Prepare proposals, renewals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work independently and as part of a team on projects.
- Evaluate work quality and efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings and training.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
