Work model:

• On-Site
• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Friday - Sunday, or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Friday - Sunday

What you will do:

• Promote and maintain safety across all shift operations
• Ensure adherence to quality procedures and programs related to production
• Optimize productivity and efficiency without compromising safety or quality
• Organize the workforce and manage staffing levels to meet operational demands effectively
• Accurately manage and report timekeeping, production data, scrap/yields, and other required documentation
• Foster clear and effective communication with team members, peers, senior leadership, and other departments or facilities

What you will need to be successful:

• High school diploma
• Minimum of two years of supervisory skills
• Strong communication skills
