Overview:
Lead the implementation and advancement of programs that support personnel in stores. Collaborate with key stakeholders and business areas to identify areas for improvement and provide insight and guidance to leadership in areas of store staffing, workforce planning, and workforce readiness.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead initiative teams to support staffing and operational advancement to meet stated objectives.
2. Serve as the Operations lead on relevant corporate initiatives.
3. Responsible for continuous advancement of the HR coordinator, flex supervisor programs, and General Manager positions.
4. Collaborate with HR, Operations leadership/management, OE, and other departments to design, pilot, roll out, and support programs identified through the store staffing and other initiatives.
5. Responsible for execution of central support of critically understaffed stores and implementation of project plans/programs to stabilize staffing in stores.
6. Collaborate with OE engineers and HR to regularly evaluate and improve monitoring systems and processes, providing insight into staffing opportunities and the execution of program processes. Recommend improvements through collaborative interactions with key stakeholders
7. Provide programmatic direction and guidance to Operations leadership and management in the areas of store staffing, workforce planning, and workforce management. Communicate progress of initiatives and staffing programs to Initiative Sponsors, EC/Planning Team, Operations, and support departments regularly through formal and informal means.
8. Serve as the primary Operations representative for questions on staffing initiatives and programs and coordinate with HR, Marketing, and other departments on all store related staffing and program work.
9. Serve as the primary Operations liaison with HR on store training programs.
Qualifications:
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field required.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in store or district management, department management, operations or production management, or similar leadership role required.
