Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager plays a crucial role aimed at driving growth and expanding our presence in the industrial manufacturing markets. This position involves managing complex sales cycles and engaging with multiple stakeholders to deliver cleaning solutions that meet diverse industries' technical and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:

  • Leads are self-generated through existing customer base, inbound leads, word of mouth and referrals, networking, etc.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across targeted industries.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential for market penetration.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base = $100k (dependent on experience)
  • Commission = $20k+
  • Projected 1st Year Earnings = $120k - $150k
  • Projected 2nd Year Earnings: $ 150K - $200k
