Title: Service Coordinator

Location: Plymouth, MN

Hours: Monday - Friday regular business hours with occasional nights and weekends

Salary: $56-58K plus bonus

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our service activities such as warranty management and administration, planned or on-demand maintenance requests, and small scope projects.

Day to day:

• Manage customers' service work orders from start to finish.
• Maintain good relationships with customers by providing best in class customer service.
• Schedule Labor Partners for service and warranty work.
• Manage data and status update reporting (Oracle, SmartSheet, Sales Force & customer portals).

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience Required:

• 1-3 years customer service.
• Experience communicating with vendors and customers.

Experience Preferred/Other Qualifications:

• Lighting, Electrical, and LED technical knowledge.
