Pay Rate: $250 for training, After training payable miles rate average $1,650 per week.

Schedule: 7 day a week operation, Day & Night shifts available

Overview:

Join our team as a Local CDL - A Car Hauler for Carvana in Wood Village, OR

Key Responsibilities:

• Training: The drivers first month is training they will be showed how to enter app and check vehicle, 2 weeks classroom & 2 weeks riding.
• Driver will be trained in Orientation on apps to download to do e-logs and other reports
• Local, Home Daily 10-12 hours per day
• Inventory Movement: Safely transport customer cars between inspection centers and vending machine locations.
• Professionalism: Maintain courteous behavior and professional appearance.
• Vehicle Handling: Load and secure vehicles on a 9-car hauler.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and keep an accurate driver log.
• Driving Standards: Maintain a clean driving record with a valid Class A CDL.
• Communication: Coordinate effectively with the transportation team.
• Driver will drive and swap equipment with another driver coming from the north at a truck stop usually
• Trucks- automatic
• Driver will receive all his dispatch information thru there app
• Trucks have inward and outward cameras.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL A with Med Card
• .Minimum 21 years old
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• 6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last three years.
• Clean MVR and stable job history

Physical Requirements:

• Walk around 2,000+ steps daily, climb a 10-foot ladder.
• Bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand, and climb to secure loads.
• Stand, stretch, walk, stoop, push/pull outdoors.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Use non-slip shoes, gloves, and protective garments.
