    Schedule Information
  • Call requirement is one weekend a month and 2-3 days per week
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit: CVOR
  • Typical procedures performed: CABG, Valves, TAVR, EVAR, TEVAR, Carotid endarterectomy, fistula creation/interventions, VATS, thoracomy, fem-pop bypass, angiograms with interventions, LVAD, RVAD, ECMO
  • Level 2 trauma coverage for all vascular and thoracic procedures

  • Hospital: PORTSMOUTH REGIONAL HOSPITAL NH
  • Number of Beds - 3
  • Number of Staff – 9
  • Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge nurse, 3 or 4 RN’s, 2 Scrub Techs, 1 Aide
  • Night Shift – 3 member call team
  • Patient Ratios – 3 staff members per OR
  • Type of equipment – Open Heart
  • EMR - Meditech
