We are seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to join our inclusive team as an Orthodontic Dental Assistant! This is a TRAVELING POSITION with our Orhodontist - who is AMAZING & great to work with!
This person should be a self-starter who is highly organized and has strong verbal skills. They should have an outgoing personality, present well to others, and enjoy working with patients and team members.
This is a full time opportunity and candidate must be available to work Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 6:30pm. Some Fridays as needed. No weekends!
Responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Orthodontist
- Provide excellent patient care
- Perform all required orthodontic procedures
- Take quality x-rays
- Take quality intraoral photos
- Properly sterilize instruments
- Fabricate custom retainers
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience required
- Bilingual is preferred
- CPR certificate required
- Radiology certificate preferred
- Friendly, helpful and organized
- Willing to jump in and assist where needed
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and get the job done
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work the required schedule
