Unit Specific Information
• 8 bed unit
• Background in observation units, or MS/Tele units
• Ability to read and interpret strips is required
• Patient Ratio 1:4
• Observation unit for Anemia, Cellulitis, COPD, Dehydration, pre and post-op Urology and GI, Drips (Cardiac Cardizem, Nitro, Insulin, Heparin)
• Average stay up to 48 hrs
• High amount of admissions and discharges
• Desired skillset: Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely, willingness to ask questions and collaborate with team and ancillary staff to ensure the best patient experience possible. Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes which can occur throughout a shift.

Additional Details
• RADIUS RULE-TRAVELER MUST BE OUTSIDE 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
• New unit opening all starts required for 3/24
