  • UHS Skills Checklist, UHS Competency Exam, and UHS Core Competencies required
  • Physical Exam to state the traveler is able to work without restrictions
  • Influenza Vaccine proof required from Oct-March; UH Exemption Form and Masking Attestation Form for exemptions

    Job Requirements
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required
  • Valid permanent RN license; temporary licenses not accepted
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred, not required
  • Positive MMR and Varicella titers within the last 15 years, with specific booster requirements
  • Completed Fit Test within 1 year, updated annually
  • Proof of full Hepatitis B series or at least two vaccines from the series, or signed declination; positive titers also accepted within 15 years
  • Positive PPD requires Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire
  • Proof of Tdap vaccination within past 10 years

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

  • Step Down Unit will lose staffing shortly
  • Shift Details: 6 weeks-101 YTD- 102 Prod variance- -0.5
