We are seeking an experienced and visionary surgeon
to lead and elevate our highly successful
lung transplant program to the next level.

• Our program has consistently achieved excellence, with the best 1-year survival rate in the United States for lung transplant recipients for the past three years
  
• Candidate must have an extensive background in Lung Transplant and demonstrated leadership qualities and abilities
  
• Minimum of five years" experience in Lung Transplant is required
  
• Additional interest in minimally invasive/robotic thoracic or esophageal procedures will be supported
  
• Strong research background and demonstrated interest in research are highly desired, with extensive research opportunities available
  
• Involvement in resident and medical student education is encouraged
  
• Excellent starting salary plus bonus, with a strong benefits package, including additional compensation for Medical Director duties
  
• Strong surgical support group, including a 14-member APP team
  
• Closed, dedicated CTICU
  
• Ex Vivo Lung Perfusion device for DCD lungs program
