- Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
- No nights, holidays, weekends, or call
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat short-term illnesses
- Provide preventive care: routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests
- Offer personalized counseling to help patients maintain a healthy lifestyle
- Manage and coordinate care for patients with chronic conditions

Requirements
Eligibility for the position entails:
- Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
- Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota, licensed to see pediatrics through geriatrics
- BLS Certification
Experience
Position open to new graduates. Relevant work experience is one of the following areas helpful:
- Family Medicine
- Emergency Department
- Pediatrics
- Same Day Clinic/Walk-In Clinic/Urgent Care
