    Job Details
  • Job Title: Radiation Therapist
  • Department Name: Radiation Oncology
  • Facility Name: Columbus Regional Hospital
  • Delivers radiation treatments to patients in accordance with the prescription and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist.
  • Maintains accurate records of daily treatment delivery for each patient.
  • Performs daily quality control tests on each linear accelerator and simulator.
    Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university; Associates degree (A.S.) from a two-year program; Certificate degree from one year program in Radiation Therapy Technology.
  • Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiation Therapy Technology.
  • Must maintain ARRT Certification.
  • Must maintain Radiation Therapist License in the state of Indiana (if not current needs to obtain within 30 days of hire).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
