Hematology/Oncology Physician at Veterans Health Administration summary:

The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center is seeking a board-certified Hematology/Oncology physician to provide comprehensive patient care to veterans, focusing on conditions such as prostate, lung, and GI tract cancers. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with no restrictive contracts, a low patient-to-provider ratio, and opportunities for research and teaching. Located in Johnson City, Tennessee, this role enables practitioners to enjoy a blend of professional fulfillment and personal quality of life in a vibrant community known for its outdoor activities and rich history.

James H. Quillen VA Medical Center is seeking a full-time BC/BE Hematology/Oncology physician to serve our veteran population. Spend time focusing on patient care rather than the headache of running a private practice. Enjoy the freedom of no contracts, non-competes, or restrictive covenants. Take time for you and your family with an excellent work/life balance.

This opportunity sees a variety of prostate, lung, head & neck, and GI tract. Both benign and malignant hematology including anemia, thrombophilia, myeloma, & lymphoma. Call schedule 1 week every 6 weeks. Research through national VA as well as locally. Teaching opportunities with local Medical School as desired.
