Candidates must possess an active NY license and DEA, with a competitive starting salary of $130k based on experience.

- 2 days per week 8:30a-5p, 2 days per week 8:30a-7:30pm and Fridays 8:30a-2p
- Active NY license and DEA
- 5 Primary health locations within Nassau county and southeast Queens
- 100% outpatient
- EMR used is eClinicalWorks
- Starting salary at $130k based on experience and open to discussion for the right candidate
